The first step to begin working with us is getting to know each other. You can call us or send us a message, letting us know about your project. We want to learn about you, your needs, and your goals. We will then arrange an initial conversation where you'll have the opportunity to discuss your project in more detail. We work in two ways:
Flat fee: 20% of a fixed budget for Decoration projects.
Design & Construction Projects:
We charge a fee of 20% of all purchases and services made in the project.
At the beginning, there will be a Design Fee of $5,000.00, and the % of the purchases made will be billed monthly.
The cost of interior plans is additional and depends on the project's square footage.
