Yes, our initial visit has a cost of $150.00 for the metropolitan area and $200.00 for the rest of the island.

How do you bill your projects?

We work in two ways:
Flat fee: 20% of a fixed budget for Decoration projects.
Design & Construction Projects:
We charge a fee of 20% of all purchases and services made in the project.
At the beginning, there will be a Design Fee of $5,000.00, and the % of the purchases made will be billed monthly.
The cost of interior plans is additional and depends on the project's square footage.
